我们都是偷窥狂和暴露狂的关系 (18SX)

最近， 发现身边的朋友都开始有写部落格的习惯。 这都是最近的事。我们都忙得乱七八糟的，还有闲杂时间再写blog呢。

有的人呀， 上传的几率很高， 一天好几篇的， 简称 露得很频密——太暴露；　

而有些人就好像热身没有穿外套一样，写了就停了很久，久久不上传的……冷了下来——慢性暴露

还有另一些人 久久一篇 真是 给你一些不给一些 ——选择性暴露

人们就这样blog来blog去的　其实我也是我也是一分子

曾经　有人说过　写blog的人呀　就好像暴露狂一样

我觉得很有道理哦

Being a chinese in Malaysia, this phenomena is the most upset incident in ours history. MCA, Tun Tan Cheng Lock had been worked so hard for us, chinese. Now, both of ours powerful leaders are fighting for the power.

Actually, both of them are great man. Ong, is the adventurous leader that courageous to speak up, whereas Chua is the leader that bravely admit on his fault. (This is not easy to a leader and rather that his is a chinese. The corrupt custom of the chinese or malaysian - never say sorry even when it is really wrong) What I think is if they could work together and lead MCA to the others top of the mountain, but look at this situation, it seems hopeless......

In chinese prophase, it is saying like this - On top of the mountain could not permit two tigers, maybe this is true...... But anyway, I till hope that both of them could work together, just lay down their arrogant, be tolerated with each others, bring MCA towards another top of the hill..... 有些话是可以说， 有些话则不。 作为一个政坛的人， 说话的艺术更加要好得不得了。

给对骂的两个人： 其实大家本是同根生，为何相煎太急呢？ 本来就是为人民服务的， 为何你争我夺， 来个口舌之战呢？ 好好地为民服务， 大家会更开心不是吗？

It was an exciting experience, which is never ever been happened in Malaysia. This is the first time.

Although i was not there, I till can get myself in the feeling of joy and the power of MUFC, they are marvelous.

That day I was really piece off with one lady (Mother kcuf+ing bitch!---MFB), I think I should shout right in front of her, yet I didn't do that... For now I am regretting, Why am I so Nice to her? Why?). I am very ANGRY that when she is cutting my 'Q' during purchasing LRT ticket. (The LRT station was horrible, damn lot of people and the odor of sweat was ERRH~~~ )

What she was talking to me is 'Ei Stop cutting my queue'. Ei, aunty, I am right behind of the blue-T-shirt-guys with bad smell OK? And where does you appear ? HUH?

How could this aunty said this when she was doing something wrong.

For this I don't really blame that MFB lady, it was because she is with an 'Ang Mo' and she might think that everybody around her was so LOW CLass.... That's Holy Shit!

This incidence was acting as a media that allow me to release my exam tension and my dissatisfaction , Keep barking @ that so called Aunty......(^^)V

Malaysia not even has the chance to go for World Cup, now competing with the selected best players of the world, Malaysia could gain 2 points from them? Ridiculous......

Think about it! They just lower down their standard and make we all happy, in another words in chinese is 更本就是放水.

But anyhow, the performance of MUFC was great and they performed a great show to us...... While Malaysia team was doing their best already, normal people not even has the chance to play with them......

当H1N1肆虐中 近来的伤风感冒 或许不再是小事一桩了

我生病了 理应是一件家常便饭到……不行的事

为何我大事渲染呢？

原因很简单 不过是近来是A 型流感的天下嘛

人总是这样 不轮到你就不关心

上个星期四 我的免疫系统正是沦陷了

足足病了我 整整一个礼拜

我的 H2N1 疑似 症状

1. 伤风
2. 发烧
3. 喉咙痛
4. 咳嗽
5. 腹泻

当时的我 真得害怕到……

因为完全……中

可是我就是讨厌看医生 没有办法

人生第一次生病的如此痛苦 整整一个礼拜

还要 病到 礼拜一不上课 （当天有实验课的咯）

还是没有办法上 那就算了吧

真正的H1N1的症状

1. 大前提 你必须是从外国回来或曾接触过刚从外国回来的人， 而你的机会就大了
2. 伤风
3. 发烧
4. 喉咙痛
5. 咳嗽
6. 腹泻

-The swine flu A (H1N1) is a viral infection that originated from pigs and was first isolated from pigs in the 1930s.

-From 2005 up to 2009, 10 cases of swine flu were reported in the USA according to the CDC.

-As of June 18th- According to the CDC, 17,855 cases of swine flu were confirmed as of June 18th, 2009, including 44 deaths. New York has the most deaths, with 13.

-As of June 18th, the WHO (World Health Organization) states 70 countries have confirmed cases of influenza A(H1N1) infection.

The World Health Organization elevated the worldwide pandemic alert level to Phase 5, on April 29, 2009. Phase 5 is called when there is a “strong signal that a pandemic is imminent and that the time to finalize the organization, communication, and implementation of the planned mitigation measures is short.”

Phase 6 is the highest level. On June 11th, the WHO raised the level to Phase 6, indicating that the flu has spread worldwide.

Swine Flu Deaths

By May 2nd, 2009m the WHO stated there was another 159 probable swine flu deaths, and 1,300 people were hospitalized. The earliest case of swine flu was traced to patient zero- a 5 year old boy in La Gloria, Mexico. The US Company, Smithfield Farms, owns pig farm in town, but none of the pigs have tested positive. Smithfield Farms denied that any of their pigs were infected in aWSJ article in May.

Swine Flu Symptoms

The swine flu symptoms reported when infected with the swine flu are similar to the symptoms of the influenza virus most are familiar with. The good news is that most people who become infected will do fine and will not have any long term complications. Those who are immune compromised, older or pregnant may be at higher risk of complications or serious respiratory illness. The most common swine flu symptoms include:

• Cough
• Congestion
• Nasal Congestion
• Nausea/Vomiting
• Diarrhea
• Body aches
• Joint Pains
• Fevers
• Sore throat
• Headaches
• Fatigue
• Decreased energy
• Rarely death in more severe cases, especially from pneumonia.

Transmission

The viral infection is transmitted to humans who are in contact with swine, although there are several cases of swine flu in people who had no known exposure to either infected people or pigs. Once the species barrier is crossed, human to human transmission can occur with casual contact or airborne transmission, like when one sneezes or coughs. Eating pork products will not cause one to develop the swine flu. Basically, this flu is passed from one person to another like any cold of flu infection.

Prevention of Swine Flu

Washing hands routinely with soap and warm water, and wearing a N99 mask/respirator, such as the Wein ViraMask may also be helpful if you must be in public places. The Wein mask/respirator is strapless and adheres tightly to all faces. When used appropriately, it does not leak. N99 masks provide 100 x more protection than a N95 mask, which are sill a decent option. 3M is also a manufacturer of such masks. If you are planning on traveling by air or train, having a mask available would be a good idea in case it is needed. Also, avoid contact with sick people whenever possible. If you are sick, stay home.

Use alcohol based hand sanitizers to minimize infection risk. Some also use theWein Air Supply Personal Air Purifier to help reduce exposure to airborne germs. Further, we know that eating healthy food, getting plenty of sleep and keeping your immune system strong can help prevent infections. Vitamin D supplementation may also be of benefit when taken in adequate doses.

Diagnosis of Swine Flu

Remember- most with flu symptoms simply have a viral infection and NOT the swine flu. Maintaining adequate hydration is very important if you contract any viral illness. The swine flu is diagnosed when a physician suspects infection, and sends a nasopharyngeal swab ( a Q-tip of shorts placed about 2 inches in your nose towards your throat) in a special viral collection container to a special lab to be tested.

Treatment of Swine Flu

If you contract the swine flu, there are 2 flu medications which can be helpful. The CDC recommends the use of oseltamivir (Tamiflu) or zanamivir (Relenza) for the treatment and/or prevention of infection with swine influenza viruses. These medications can also be used for the usual avian influenza. Symptomatic care is most important. Antibiotics will not help. Ask your doctor about your options. Those at high risk should strongly be considered for treatment with medications. High risk patients include those with diabetes, heart disease, immune compromised, seniors over age 65.

Swine Flu Vaccine

On June 12, a new vaccine was apparently produced by Novartis Pharmaceuticals. If you did receive a flu vaccine this year, it will not offer you protection against the swine flu. Baxter Pharmaceuticals however issued a press release saying they are working on a vaccine also. Whether these will prove to be effective is unknown. In 1976, the swine flu vaccine actually killed more people that it helped.

Other

A study by Dr. Cannell from California also showed that vitamin D can help prevent traditional influenza infections by strengthening the immune system. A daily intake of 2,000 IU daily should be taken at minimum, by most. A dose of up to 10,000 IU of vitamin D daily for a few days may also be helpful. Talk to your doctor about this. However, there are no studies specifically which show swine flu is prevented by vitamin D.

思考阮玲玉

也许是李安导演的《色 戒》的关系吧。我开始在网上不断的搜寻有关张爱玲的作品。
寻着，寻着......好奇怪哦。我突然想到戴佩妮的《一个人的行李》中的一句歌词好像是什么的——我在浴缸里思考阮玲玉的之类的啦， 就这样转开了对张爱玲的注意力。

开始对阮玲玉有了想法，搜索着她的一切......
其实，我对阮玲玉并没真正了解， 老实说我只知道他的名字叫阮玲玉和她是自杀身亡的，而其他的一概都不懂

我并没有搜索很久， 给我找到了一部有关阮玲玉的电影(她并不是阮玲玉演的， 而是张曼玉演的阮玲玉生平)，这一部电影分为上中下三集， 就这样在线看咯......

看了上中集（我看不完下集是因为影视太卡了）， 对于阮玲玉的认知有了一点点，他令我很佩服他这个女人真得很了不起。在那个时候的上海， 虽然在的是法租界还可以算的安全， 但危险的成分还会在的呀，不过她和他的伙伴们真得可以为了电影牺牲很多， 令我极度的佩服。

对于他的感情生活， 我不便于给于任何的见解，因为我认为感情的事只有当事人才最了解，谁是谁非， 没有人可以说得清。不过，我很不解它可以爱一个张达明爱这么久，对于一个沉迷于赌博的人，对于一个把家当都可以输光的人，还可以有这么多的迁让，对于女人的奉献精神我佩服极了。

女人总是要个归属吧。别人说——树高千丈， 叶落归根总是没错的。 无论男人还是女人， 总要一天安定的心吧， 我是这么想（到目前为止我还想飞寻我的梦，因为我还年轻，不过我想有那么的一天吧）。对于阮玲玉也是， 虽然他的选择是在乡下有老婆，外面还有个情妇的唐季珊（名字不懂是否正确，^M^）（其实严格来讲阮玲玉也是个情妇，不过他的公开的情妇（她好像不知道似的）），但她还是嫁给了他当老婆了， 女人就是这么奇怪哦。爱深之，忘我之，费解费解。

背叛，阮玲玉被出卖了。其实我觉得她很清楚她的两个男人，任何一个迟早都会有一天背叛她， 不，严格来说是他早就被唐姓的背叛啦，他更本就不懂它外面还有一个情妇， 可悲的是张达明好像有背叛她似的（由于下集太卡了，还没看完。）为什么女人就是这么的傻呢？其实我在怎么看张达明还是爱着她的......

这一次的想法是初步对阮玲玉的认识看法， 我想也许我对她比较认识后可能会有不同的见解吧。不过，我好高兴可以认识和一位神秘的人物吧。

对于张曼玉的演技真得好到没话说， 真的是一流。非常可惜的是阮玲玉的影片有大部分都遗失或没有拷贝， 但断断续续的小节段还有。有一幕是讲述阮玲玉扮演妓女的角色（这一幕是阮玲玉的）， 后来张曼玉重演这一幕，她真呀演得维妙维俏的就好像阮玲玉上身一样。

我还记得有人问张曼玉会不会希望50年后有人像记得阮玲玉一样曾经是著名的演员呢？我被张曼玉的话深深地吸引， 他说的一点都没错， 阮玲玉是在20多岁时结束自己的生命， 他的美丽，年华保留在那一段辉煌与忧伤的时候，而她张曼玉的魅力所在并不可以用相提并论。我非常赞同她的说法，加油张曼玉小姐。

而我呢？
就继续思考阮玲玉。

咖啡

咖啡。
戒不掉。

我竟然把持不住咖啡的香味， 让苦苦忍痛不喝咖啡两个星期的我破戒了。

其实，也没有什么香味，我看就是忍了太久了八， 脑子却拼命的想着要戒掉咖啡， 内心却更想喝咖啡。 为什么脑子想的总是和我的内心在唱反调呢？也许人生也就是这样，你要的永远不会是你有的，　不是吗？

我最喜欢咖啡了啦。朋友说过女生就别喜欢咖啡了， 咖啡内含某种物质会使人的皮肤变得较黝黑呐。你就别喝了八，因为你已经够有黑了。

最近， 就是女生嘛，爱美丽是理所当然的啦。我竟然尝试说要戒掉那与我形影不离的咖啡， 这怎么可能？看啦，美丽和咖啡相比之下， 我宁可放弃美丽。真是鱼与熊掌不能兼得呢。

美丽？ 看来不能冠在我的头上八。因为我现在不相当美女，以后更不想当个霉女。 对我而言， 还是咖啡叫美丽。

看来我深中了的咖啡毒已经是很深，很深。我已泥足深陷的无可救药了。

日升鸟鸣雾满天， 我和咖啡对愁眠。
报告眼前像山似， 夜半无眠赶到完。

靠啦，就是这个样子， 如果没有咖啡的陪伴我早就夜半梦见周公讨报告啦。

这就是不中毒也不可以的道理了八。
